- Upon restarting, test whether the scrolling is working, if not, head to the to control Panel > Mouse and hit the Touchpad tab. Click on Settings to open the Synaptics Control Panel. Go to the Scroll tab and see if Two Finger scrolling and One Finger Edge Scrolling are enabled.
- The scrolling function should start working immediately.
